Cette transaction permet d'assurer la disponibilit\u00e9 des pi\u00e8ces de rechange de quelques milliers de v\u00e9hicules en Allemagne et en Europe.  Dans le cadre de cette op\u00e9ration, Nextnel poursuivra \u00e9galement le d\u00e9veloppement des v\u00e9hicules existants et sera active sur deux sites en Allemagne et un site en Asie.  La direction op\u00e9rationnelle sera r\u00e9organis\u00e9e. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: revert;\">Nextnel GmbH est en contact \u00e9troit avec le KBA concernant la reprise de la <\/span><span style=\"font-size: revert;\">les autorisations. Celles-ci servent \u00e9galement \u00e0 aider les clients \u00e0 l'avenir <\/span><span style=\"font-size: revert;\">de fournir les papiers du v\u00e9hicule \u00e0 votre assurance ou vous <\/span><span class=\"\">d'informer sur les particularit\u00e9s.<br \/><\/span><span class=\"\"><br \/><\/span><span class=\"\"><b>Restructuration et int\u00e9gration dans Nextnel\u00a0<\/b><br \/><\/span><span class=\"\">L'objectif premier doit \u00eatre d'assurer dans un premier temps la disponibilit\u00e9 des pi\u00e8ces de rechange des mod\u00e8les IO Hawk et de proposer des services de r\u00e9paration. <\/span><span class=\"\">Avec cette acquisition, Nextnel poursuit sa strat\u00e9gie de buy-and-build dans le secteur des fabricants de scooters \u00e9lectriques et renforce en m\u00eame temps son engagement sur le march\u00e9 allemand de l'e-mobilit\u00e9. Il s'agit de la premi\u00e8re participation de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 dans ce secteur. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: revert;\">Le chinois <\/span><span class=\"\">Le fabricant Tao Motors soutient Nextnel en exclusivit\u00e9. Une fois la transaction termin\u00e9e, l'accent sera mis sur la stabilisation du mod\u00e8le d'entreprise, la croissance du chiffre d'affaires et la r\u00e9alisation de synergies au sein du portefeuille existant.<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"\">Discussions difficiles avec les fournisseurs et int\u00e9gration dans Nextnel\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les discussions du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des fournisseurs se sont d'abord av\u00e9r\u00e9es extr\u00eamement difficiles, mais gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'engagement personnel important de l'ancienne direction d'IO<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> Hawk I<\/span>nvest GmbH<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>aupr\u00e8s des fournisseurs directement sur place en Asie, nous avons le plaisir d'annoncer que non seulement la disponibilit\u00e9 des pi\u00e8ces de rechange est assur\u00e9e, mais que les mod\u00e8les existants sont \u00e9galement en cours de d\u00e9veloppement. Pour ce faire, une \u00e9quipe est d\u00e9j\u00e0 sur place et entretient des \u00e9changes r\u00e9guliers avec les fournisseurs et les sous-traitants.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"\"><b>Manufacture et centre de r\u00e9paration de scooters \u00e9lectriques<\/b><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre de l'asset deal, Nextnel GmbH a \u00e9galement repris le portefeuille de produits existant de IO Hawk Invest GmbH et va continuer \u00e0 le d\u00e9velopper en collaboration avec ses fournisseurs.  Les premi\u00e8res livraisons de pi\u00e8ces de rechange par fret a\u00e9rien sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 arriv\u00e9es, et de nouvelles livraisons suivent d\u00e9sormais chaque semaine. Une r\u00e9orientation du portefeuille aura probablement lieu \u00e0 partir du deuxi\u00e8me trimestre 2026, au cours de laquelle nous pr\u00e9senterons des solutions de mobilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique qui seront en grande partie assembl\u00e9es en Allemagne.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>L'objectif doit \u00eatre de permettre aux clients de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de solutions sur mesure dans le cadre de l'\u00e9lectromobilit\u00e9, en plus de la personnalisation.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Les scooters \u00e9lectriques et autres appareils de mobilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique seront \u00e0 l'avenir fabriqu\u00e9s dans le hall 6 de la Odilia-von-Goch-Strasse 16, 47839 Krefeld.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>En outre, Nextnel GmbH a mis en place un bureau de service et de r\u00e9paration \u00e0 M\u00fclheim an der Ruhr, auquel les clients peuvent s'adresser.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>L'objectif premier de cette nouvelle orientation est le suivant : la qualit\u00e9 plut\u00f4t que la quantit\u00e9 et le service d'abord.
