Our customers include manufacturers of electric vehicles based throughout Europe. Our team has more than six years of experience in repairing e-scooters in accordance with KBA conditions, particularly in the field of e-scooters. We specialize in this area and also carry out comprehensive controller programming. On request, we also handle the entire RMA process, from the customer's initial contact to logistical processing. \u00a0We also check the customer's warranty claims. We use high-performance software that enables our manufacturer partners to obtain detailed evaluations. But that's not all: our entire repair process is monitored by video.
