Would you like to install a replacement part yourself? No problem, just order the replacement part you need from our online shop at Go-Emobility.com. Please also refer to the video installation instructions at the top of our page.

I am a former IO Hawk customer. Is the service free?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer this service free of charge, but we do offer former IO Hawk customers special terms and conditions for repairs. Please feel free to contact us for more information. 
You can bring the device directly to us or choose a shipping service of your choice and send the device to us.
Please contact us by email, phone, or WhatsApp.
You are welcome to drop by, but we strongly recommend that you contact us by phone in advance. If we are unavailable by phone, please send us a WhatsApp message and we will respond immediately. 
Please take a look at the exploded view diagram below and note the part number for the Elite X model. You can then either give the number to our service department or look it up in our online shop.
