We are delighted to announce today that Nextnel GmbH has acquired Spare parts supply and repair from IO Hawk e-scooters. This ensures the service of several thousand vehicles in Germany and Europe.

The Discussions on the supplier side initially turned out to be extremely difficult. However, thanks to our personal commitment to suppliers directly in Asia, we were able to secure exclusive spare parts distribution, particularly for the Elite X model.

As part of this process, Nextnel will continue to develop its existing vehicles and operate from locations in Germany and Asia. Operational management will be realigned.



Our primary goal is first and foremost to ensure the future availability of spare parts and repairs for several thousand vehicles in Germany and Europe. A realignment of the portfolio is expected to take place from Q2 2026, when Nextnel GmbH will present electric mobility solutions that will be largely assembled in Germany. The primary goal of this realignment is: quality over quantity and Service first.

The aim is to provide customers with tailor-made solutions in the field of electromobility, in addition to Individualization. In this context, Nextnel GmbH relies on close supplier relationships and a network of employees directly on site.

We usually receive new air freight shipments on a weekly basis, so if an item is out of stock, it is worth setting it to “Notify me when available.” You will then be notified automatically by email as soon as the item is available.
